We are the first building in the Lloyd District to provide compost pick up for residents. Compost helps us to reduce our CO2 emissions. All food and yard waste collected goes towards making compost for local farmers. Please follow city compost guidelines.
In 2014 we added a new bicycle rack for seven bikes. As this fills up we hope to find new places to install bicycle parking. There is also a pump, tools, and bicycle map posted in the bike room.

In 2015 Lloyd Park installed a new tankless hybrid water heater. This new system has reduced the amount of gas our building consumes by 33%. This is equivalent to reducing out CO2 output by 11.2 tons a year (the average American uses 17 tons).
